The wait was long but that was to be expected as a walk-in during a busy time. Dr. Keenan was very thorough and patient and took plenty of time to talk me through details and options for care. The front desk staff and nurses were friendly and patient as well. The whole office clearly tries their best to keep things moving smoothly while still offering the help people came there to receive.

Great location! I was able to sign up online as a "walk up" appointment the night before. I went the following morning right at open. I waited maybe 20mins total. Staff was great. They made me feel comfortable during a sensitive issue. The staff followed up promptly via phone after I left and helped set up referrals for a specialist. Location is also very clean!

I called on a Saturday to make an appointment. The girl was so polite and set my appointment for me. I went to the center the from desk person was super nice and treated me with respect and kindness. Was taking in to the back and out within 30 minutes everyone was so kind. My experience was very pleasant. Keep up the wonderful job that you do. Will recommend to my family and friends 😊

There's no point in having an appointment when you still need to wait over an hour to be seen. I showed up 30 minutes early to my 6pm appointment and wasn't seen until after 7. When you tell a patient they will be called via their phone number when they're next, actually call them… I was skipped by so many people that came after me just because I was instructed to sit in my car and I would receive a phone call to come in. That phone call never came. I was tired of waiting, so I went inside the lobby to sit and the nurse called out my name. I never received a phone call even then. I wonder how many times they did that and I was skipped. For reference, boyfriend signed in after me and he was seen 30 minutes before me. The only saving grace for this horrible experience was the medical assistant, she was super kind and patient.

And there really is no point in making an appointment. My first visit was 4hrs, my second I thought making an appointment was going to make it better, nope! Was there for two hours for a follow up!
Dont waiste your time. I think they do but they take for ever when there is only two people just to do a pee test, and imagine for other thing and they are normally usually full. Expect to wait at least 2 hours.
They let you know when you get in mine was a free..
I think so they have TB test.... just call you Dr. office and ask them.

You can ask them to bill you, and then you will have to call them and attempt to negotiate a rate
