2 hour wait . Second time here and nothing changed from last time . Go to somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your all day here . I called them before came and the lady said it will be approximately between 30min - 1 hour . Total of 3.5 hour for a kids school check up 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️

Excellent service at this location! From the girls at the front desk, Lele & Donna, to the doctors, nurses, and techs, everyone was professional and friendly. They made sure that my family and I were properly cared for, well informed, and satisfied with our experience. Kudos to their office manager, Wesley, for running things the way they should be run! I definitely recommend them!

Only giving 2 stars because the employees were nice. I had scheduled a physical appointment for work at 9:30 and showed up 15 minutes early. I sat and waited to be seen for an hour and twenty minutes then waited another hour and a half in the back waiting to be seen. They were calling people that came in after me ahead of me. I’m ok if they were there first but they came after me. Even after explaining I had another appointment at 12:30. I finally got out of here at 12:04. Not a great experience.

I’ve been here twice. Giving two stars to the providers of my first visit. The second visit was awful. Both times the visit took place well over two hours after the scheduled appointment time. I was among the last patients of the day leading to rushed service and unanswered questions about the visit. The front desk staff could use a little bit more courtesy, but who can blame them when they’re working late with irate patients. I’m not coming back, do not recommend and other patients said the same.

Yes, they do!
No they don't if you have Kobe then you don't have to pay but if you just want to be test they're going to charge you you're unfair there plus if you are under workman's comp they send a nurse in there to qualify you instead of a doctor I went there with my knee and they claimed it to be a strain I went to my primary doctor and got a MRI and found out that my knee is messed up but still when I went back they said oh it's only a sprain until I showed them their findings of the MRI and show them the disc then they changed their mind they're unqualified to do workman's comp so if you go there for workman's comp make sure you have a good complaint because they send a RN nurse practitioner out and she doesn't know anything about orthopedics
