The doctor (Dr Bearden-Caudie) I saw on my MinuteClinic (MC) visit was fantastic! Billing/payment has been a nightmare. I do NOT recommend MC if you use a health savings account (HSA) to pay for your patient out of pocket. Billing is no help. HSA payment issued to them multiple times. Last payment cleared on 4/4/22. As of today (5/2/22) they still have no record of the payment and have referred me to collection!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Make the extra drive to a different CVS minute clinic if you want to be seen and ailments taken care of. I Came in before the location opened and waited as the employees were setting up. No “good morning” or any conversation, which in my opinion would’ve avoided any issues that eventually came about. Another woman walks in and is told by a CVS employee to sign in, taking the last time slot available. I approached the woman and let her know out of common courtesy if you see someone waiting you could simply ask if they needed to sign in etc. She told the employees she wanted to cancel her appointment so I could be seen since I was clearly sitting waiting before she was. Apparently, “they can’t go in and cancel the appointment” which is absolute nonsense. I was then told the schedule was full and because I didn’t know the procedures of signing in, I’d have wait to see if the next appointment doesn’t show up and so on. This entire situation was absolutely unprofessional and was extremely frustrating. I’m normally not a confrontational person but I’m honestly sick and tired of rude people. Come to find out they’re able to cancel appointments so on top of rudeness, being lied to is a huge slap in the face.

I was waiting in my email for the review of my visit today but I didn’t receive it. Today I went in for strep and saw the nurse practitioner Chung. He was awesome. I’ve gone here a few times in the past and had OK visits but this dude rocked. He made everything smooth and easy. I work in the medical field and customer service is EVERYTHING! He definitely did an amazing job. Keep up the good work and keep this guy around, or have him train others how customer service should be. Friendly , great personality and always had a smile on his face!

I was here with my family on vacation and started having flu like symptoms our first day here. I was so upset thinking my vacation would be ruined. I went the next day first thing in th morning and the NP was so knowledgeable and informative she diagnosed me and gave me a prescription and told me by the next afternoon I should be feeling better and sure enough she was exactly right. I feel right back to myself after having the flu. Not to mention the pharmacy is right there so it is a one stop shop and so convenient if you are on vacation and did not have anything but Disney transportation.

It depends on whether you are self pay, have insurance and what kind. It has been as low as $10 for us but as high as $200+ when our insurance changed.
