The wait is ridiculous!

We went to poinciana urgent care 3 or 4 months ago with no problems. wanted to take my wife for extreme pain ,set up appointment, then one hour before appointment they called and said we don't take your insurance. Wow you did before then you don't. Not good will NEVER EVER set footbin your establishment and will make sure friends and relatives won't either.

went in to get a physical done for school, time was wasted. nurse took forever to just ask me simple questions and doctor also took forever. took like 1 hour+ just for a physical.

I came to have the results of my TB skin test read today. When told to return within 48 to 72 hours for this portion, I was instructed to provide the form, and the process would be quick given that no appointment was required and the skin test would be quick. I arrived and sat down after being checked in at 4:50 pm and left at 6:27 pm. This took about 1.5 hours to be called to the back. I am HIGHLY disappointed and annoyed by the unreasonable wait time. During my wait, I asked for my son to use the restroom; he was allowed to go to the clinic area because the lobby restroom was "out of order." After maybe 4 people asked to use the restroom, the front desk staff came to the lobby area to take the "out of order" sign off of the door because it was in fact available for use although I saw no one enter the restroom prior for repairs. How is this possible? Patients were being misled and implicitly discouraged to use the restroom while waiting for services. The staff was less than inviting and available to assist - when I approached the desk to inquire about my wait time, the receptionist did not look up to speak with me; rather she said yes and waited for me to pose my question and then turn to the computer screen to say they "should be calling you up during the next group". Her update was subpar and annoyed me further as I observed several staff not meeting with patients nor working on a task when I was just there with my son to use the restroom. Although they had a sign to say cleaning was being done for everyone's safety, in two hours, no staff came to the lobby to clean the seats that multiple people had sat in. Simply put, in the future, if I can seek services at another location, I would do so without hesitation. Pitiful service all around!
