Went in to pay property taxes and to remove lien holder on automobile. Service was good. My service representative was friendly and respectful.

Worst customer service , especially out of an elected official, I have ever experienced. After they can't give you an answer on your property taxes they just start yelling at you. They send a tax statement that said "do not pay" and a "second notice" 6 months later letting me know there are late fees. After I asked if the late fees could be waived since there was no notification the taxes weren't paid, I was just told "no, they aren't required to send a bill by law" and I needed to be quiet so she could talk. Very disappointed in our county.
