Awful service, never get my mail and just today my package was sent back stating undeliverable. I’ve been living in the same apartment for a year and the post office is saying I don’t live in my apartment…what is going on there?!?

This place is so horrid. You order something and it has to go through this particular mailing service just forget about it. I order things to be delivered over night and express 2-3days, they don’t deliver your packages for days some times weeks later. Yet you paid all that money to have your packages expedited and they don’t refund you all that money you paid. These ppl are so lazy they will mark your package as delivered and not deliver it till days later or until you begin to call it in. I believe some of the workers are purposely trying to steal some of the packages to resell. Last year I ordered some items from the Coach Store, the post office marked it as delivered but never delivered it. There were a few items marked as delivered that never arrived. The post office rep told me some story about the rental office and packages which turned out to be false. Then had the nerve to say just call the company and reorder my items over because there was nothing they could do. After I launched an investigation 2 days later my package showed up delivered at the mailbox magically after the post office made their delivery. I ordered something recently and once again I never received the package. They should get rid of those lazy workers and get some new ppl who wants to do their job and not steal or lose packages.

This post office has consistently put my mail into the wrong box at my apartment complex, including to the wrong building and street address. I've had important documents completely lost. Even with informed delivery they claimed delivery was made when I'm marking it's not. Packages are constantly damaged if delivered to me correctly or not. Consistently having issues with my packages marked for the correct PO box as well. They will close out any complaint you filed without actual follow up and then have the gall to send you the survey asking on how wonderful job they did addressing your complaint they didn't handle. All these issues started BEFORE Covid.

Customer service is great (love Katherine and Victoria) but someone in the back fools around with the mail and packages. Mail has been delayed over a week by the stack and a package handed off to someone posing as me with my "signature on file" - which I did get back. A few months ago when I first brought the problem up, the manager was no help and she would barely make eye contact with me when I inquired. However....
