I started a liability and comp policy with Max Ross and my policy was transferred to Erik's office. When I started my policy Max Ross told me I had a "ghost policy" and that I would receive a $700 refund if I didn't pay out any sub contractors during the year. When I completed my aduit I was informed by Erik's office that I wouldn't be receiving my refund. I was laughed at on the phone and told Max Ross intentially misled me and ripped me off for the $700. I attempted to reach Erik himself on over 15 different occasions over a 3 month period. He was never in the office and never returned any of my calls. Max Ross told me he would handle it and get back to me. He didn't do either. I don't know who is at fault, but I was misled, taken advantage of, and ignored. Please consider doing your insurance business elsewhere.
