Love this place even if lines are long usually get people in line. Register kid was very polite. Got my stuff stood by door cause I know they wanna check waited like 1 min noone else waiting this older guy with glasses drags his feet over to me takes receipt makes noise like psst it was bothering him to look at receipt made face at me never said nothing. Made my whole experience bad he don't need to be at restaurant Depot he has a people pleasing job and he is a nasty lazy bring your problems to work person. Funny just saw guy behind me in parking lot he said same thing sad.

I’m currently waiting in the line for too long because of no order in this store. Everytime you come to shop here it’s clogged, no visible lines and order. Register workers are really slow and supervising people are actually nit helping at all. Corporate needs to address all these issues ASAP!

They get one star. Receiving management great unload good. But here is the problem lumper is not here he is running way late will not be here till noonish I am empty told by receiving manger he got a text from lumper. Fee is 125 and make it out to _________ Ok I do that activate EFS check bring it inside. Now I have to wait for the late lumper to finally show up to get a receipt. Lumper didn’t even unload the truck so I am paying for a service I didn’t receive plus have to wait another 2 hours for him to show up and to finally get my bills and receipt? Talk about highway robbery not to mention the time I am waiting

This place has a good thing going. I'm a trucker from Idaho and delivered a semi load of Idaho potatoes to them earlier today and visited the store later the same day and they were already on the floor display and selling them. You can't get any fresher than that. This store sells everything you will need to run a food business. It's a big operation with multiple locations. It's a warehouse membership store similar to Costco. But specializing in supplying restaurants.

I searched the inventory for the store online and nothing came up. I don't remember seeing them in the Albany NY store at all. Not sure if you have a membership or not. They may not be open to the public anymore.
Membership is free if you have a restaurant or food service type of establishment. Although they are giving day passes to the public, they don't usually let the public shop there. It is wholesale and you need to buy in bulk. For example, french fries come in 10 pound boxes and you need to buy shrimp three pounds at a time. You need to buy the whole piece of deli meet and slice it yourself. Flour come in 50+ pound bags as does sugar. It's like Costco on steroids.
