Overall my experience was good. After I purchased my car they told me they were going to schedule an appointment to have the upholstery on my front driver seat either repaired or replaced. I went back after the first week of my purchase and asked when they were going to take care of it and they said they would call me once they had an opening. That was over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing.

A very positive car buying / trading experience! It was a seamless transaction from first finding the car I wanted, having it delivered to the closet CarMax and trading my old car on the purchase day. A rep from CarMax was in contact with me daily over the process which took less than a week. No pressure or gimmicks, everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I still can’t believe what they gave me for my trade. The online quote I first received (about 40% more than my local dealer offered) was still the same when I arrived to pick up my new car. The car I purchased was at fair market value. By far the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I felt valued and appreciated from beginning to end. Thank you CarMax!

CarMax provided me excellent service. Unlike other local car dealerships, they were able to make good on their promise of securing me a car loan that was reasonable. Very professional and customer friendly environment. Appreciated the online quote in advance, a scheduled appointment, the organization upon my arrival, stayed within the 60-90 minute window, examined my car and cut a bank check for the agreed upon price. Wear a mask and social distance. I recommend making an appointment. And be prepared for them to run late. Many vehicles on hold as well.

Normally Car Fax pays or Trades well for Late Model Cars with Less than 50,000. Miles on them. Anything else would be Auction Price at best, because they run them through the Auction and do not resell them.

You can check on their website. Know that if they have one in another state they will ship it to your local CarMax for you. If you are visiting the CarMax on Central, ask for Jackie she is the best service representative there. Good Luck!
Call Jackie, she was voted the best customer service representative there. The customers love her. She is a great reflection on CarMax.
They will take it....but you wont get what you desearve for it. They are way under priced. Not worth your time.

Place is terrible... they lure you in but the tide changes at the closing. I ended up buying traditionally and got a better deal.
