this is the second time I was charged full price for a so phresh litter REFILL. i specify it’s a refill & they scan this little coupon thing only to have it ring up full price on the receipt. gonna try one more time at this location for a refill before i call it quits.

I booked a grooming appointment here yesterday for today. Just drove 1hr and 10 mins to get here because the one closer to us in Massachusetts is either short staffed or just busy that they haven’t had availability in months and nothing for months. I got here walked in went to the grooming door which was open part way, as I was reaching for the handle an associate called over from the register to say they are still closed. I’m the back of my head I was thinking oh maybe for lunch. She spoke up again, said they’ve been closed for a couple weeks . My jaw dropped and explained we just booked , drove as far as we did, and explained we got confirmations for the appointment. Only for her to reply… eh, don’t know what to tell ya. They won’t be getting our business. If I could give no stars I totally would.

About half of the cages were filthy, some animals were obviously sick and were not separated from others, a few dead animals still in containers, with so much feces it looked like some cages haven’t been cleaned in a while. Mice couldn’t even use the wheels because there was so much bedding dumped in, tortoise tank had some mold growing inside near the food bowl, dead beta fish was in container long enough to discolor the water. Took photos to document the conditions.
