I have been calling for 2 years for a dental appointment as they are my assigned provider, everytime it's we aren't accepting new patients.. I'm not new, I'm assigned. My dental work has gotten so bad in the time I've been waiting my teeth are no longer salvageable and have to be extracted. I go in for an early morning emergency visit there by 8:05 they open at 8 At 10 the lady says oh we are out of appointments. I always was told emergency appointments are based on canceled appointments. Theres no way for her to know that at 10am. She then says well we go to lunch at 12 so come back at 1 to sign back in. Why should I have to sign back in I'm already on the list, just keep going down the list. Honestly trash service.

TO THE LIGHTSKINNED LADY WITH THE PRETTY BROWN EYES, You were very rude and disrespectful. My daughter is 5 years old + heavy and cannot control any of her own body movements (She has to be carried unless she has a specialty wheelchair (not a normal wheelchair)) all we asked if i could bring her to the back so my wife (with a bad shoulder) wouldn't have to lift her and possibly drop her.. They made it extremely difficult for something so simple and that lady with the brown eyes talked to my wife whichever way as if we were on the streets!!! No professionalism or care about OUR needs! This is my first review on google so you know I was not happy at all.

The staff was very kind and patient with my son and was clean! The person who brought us back to area was more interested in the movie and had his hands and feet up, he couldn't be found when it was time for x-rays and he walked off a few times. My only actual complaint was waiting outside. I don't mind the screening and I understand seating limitations but it wasn't that. The person doing screenings had to help the other patient and the front desk clerk. I actually pulled my car around to the front and cranked the ac waiting for her to get done helping the patient and clerk check in.

It would be better if they would Sanitize their seats and door handles, Each time a patient comes and goes!

No only if your a prior patient. You have to fill out paperwork to see if you qualify for free care. They have what they call a sliding scale.

Is this for adults and do you take Medicare and Medicaid.
