DON’T EVER GO HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I dropped off my bridesmaid dress for my brothers wedding to just be steamed and upon pick up there was a stain all over the front of the dress which was not there when I had dropped it off as the dress is brand new. And when I asked them to make this situation right and clean the dress the lady there just yelled over me when I was trying to talk and ask them to fix their mistake.

I am so grateful to do business with an outstanding establishment like Spencer's.. I needed something cleaned very last minute for a funeral and I was told that he would see what he could do.. for me to call after 4:00 p.m. to see if he could fit it into the schedule.. low & behold.. they called me just before 3:0 to tell me that I could pick it up today.. Thank you so very much Spencers' cleaners and staff for making my Monday great! I appreciate your staff so much. I only use your business when I need things cleaned and even though it isn't"t as often as I am sure most of your customers.. you have made me feel very important.
