this place is absolutely awful. I've brought items in to be fixed: I get back without them having but touched other than pressed. They've broken countless buttons on my shirts during their processes. I brought in a tie to have it cleaned: they ruined it by putting it in a press, it has been completely flattened with a permanent wrinkle. $150 tie, ruined. The latest debacle: I brought in all of my work dress clothes last week. They were supposed to be ready today. Go in to pick them up and am told they had a machine break and they won't be ready until Friday. I FLY OUT TOMORROW MORNING AT 6 AM FOR WORK! You'd think they call, text, fax, send a carrier pigeon or communicate SOME HOW, but not a word. Extremely unprofessional and inconsistent results. Switching to a different cleaners at this point and I'd recommend not going here to others. Absolute worst of the worst. ***In response to owners reply**** Your "compensation", was simply refunding me for the dry cleaning you didn't do. There was absolutely no customer service or accommodation provided in this instance. Even further, you had retained a pair of pants to repair a rip that it took FOUR different visits to get you to actually complete the repair and the quality is terrible. The repair stands out more than the original tear. I will NEVER be returning to your business and I highly suggest nobody goes there. Terrible, terrible customer service and business.

Recently got some garments dry cleaned. My jacket eas fine but my pants were left in a terrible state. They are now left with a shiny silhouette likely from the press. I'm really upset
