Andi at First Time Cleaners (Lake Hart) is excellent and regularly goes Above and Beyond. More recently, I dropped off my son's Twins baseball Jersey and the jersey had faded while being cleaned. By the time I went to pick it up, Andi and her manager had already replaced it with a brand new one before I was even aware there had been a problem. Andi makes our experience at First Time Cleaners a great one with every service. She knows me by name and I can tell she cares about the customer's experience and the business she represents. Don't Go Here! Read the reviews!!! I didn't read them before going!!! Or I would have saved myself 83 $$$ for 7 shirts and one skirt to be sewed. I brought my shirts in and I asked how much they would charge, the lady told me about 3$ a shirt. Well I asked if I could get them a little quicker since it was 5 days or more to pick them up. I dropped my clothes off called on Friday! They were ready the next day!! They never called me or emailed me to inform me my clothes were ready since I paid extra. I called and asked how much my bill was 83$$ so they charged me 10.90 cents for 7 shirts to be dry cleaned when others charge 3$ at most. Then I came back the lady told me she never said that price!! This place is ridiculous!! Very desperate for business!! Bad business at that. If I knew I was paying that I could have bought them brand new!!! Then when I asked to watch the video the lady denied it!! Saying she never told me a price!! Like the other reviews bait and switch pricing!!! Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off and made out to be the bad guy!!! I paid the bill and will let everyone know about bad business practices!!

Damaged a shirt, and instead of giving me a credit they damaged it more trying to fix it and super rude customer service.
