Brought in a bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding with a simple alteration.I pulled the dress out and I wasn’t even done explaining what I wanted when she was already telling me she couldn’t do it and that there was nothing that she could do about it. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. 👎

Hi scheduled an appointment for myself and family to have alterations done we need it altered for our daughter‘s wedding. I read a post on Google that said they will be closed and the way it was worded made it seem to December 13. I called store at 9 am. Someone did answer was very unprofessional and said if I answered I’m opened. I apologize to her and let her know what was on the post I read made it seem a little confusing .She said I made the appointment and your the ones with the autism kids I thought there disabilities did not need to be brought up she follows by saying. Rudely what do you want me to do and God saying it’s best you go somewhere else. Even though I apologized a few times even though it wasn’t my fault she continue to be rude and her customer service was beyond disappointing I will not be using them and I would hope that people that read this post have a good idea of what they’re going to be working with. Again beyond unprofessional and I should have read reviews because there was a few that was concerning to me. Hope this heads up helps one person at least.She also made me feel a certain way because she mention my children’s disability that was the issue and she didn’t wanna work with children with disabilities even though I for one told her I would bring them stuff so they would stay busy I need these things done due to the fact my oldest daughters getting married.
