Don't shop for baby shoes here, they make you feel like a criminal. I was trying on shoes for my 18mo old and most of the boxes are empty or have one shoe. Then the store clerks come and stand over me, "Can we help you find something?" Nope just browsing summer shoes. Then they trade off and another one comes back to watch me. I'm made to feel so uncomfortable I just decide to check out with the one pair I have even though I also needed sneakers for him. I get to the front and the first associate asks the other "Do we have a problem?" Excuse me? Yes we do, you're rude and make people feel like they're doing something wrong for shopping. Put the baby shoes in the front of the store if you have a shoplifting issue. Don't treat people like they're definitely going to rob you. I went to stride rite to spend the rest of the money I had intended to spend here. Never again for anyone in my family will I shop here.

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.
Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
We ask that you please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to be transferred between banks, this does not include weekends or federal holidays.
