Not open to the public
There are a wide variety of naturally occurring fungi that can live in the potting mixes of plants. Happily, fungi that grow on the surface of the potting mix aren't pathogens or bad for the plant. So you don't need to do anything. If the fungus bothers you, you might try letting your Ficus dry a bit more between waterings or ensuring there's good air flow at the base of the plant. Consistently moist soil and/or especially still, humid air can encourage the growth of these fungi.
you can actually just buy the lemon grass in the store peal back layer or two and place in water when it roots you can plant it outside. I've done this and it grew to large
