They were hired by the owner of the home that I lease, to repair the patio ceiling that was falling down. The work was sloppy. The carpenter was replacing the 4 support posts for the roof, and when he didn't know how to fix a half in gap between the door frame and screen frame, he said that's as good as it gets. They filled the gap with caulking. When they sprayed the texture on the ceiling, they sprayed it all over the screens, stucco and screen frames. Their attempts to remove the overspray were futile, so they left the mess. The best part of the whole thing is, when I tried to get them to do the job correctly, they called the owner and told him that I was interfering with them doing the job. I simply wanted to see the job done correctly. Don't use this company. Their work is sub par and they don't care.

This is the second time we had a emergency requiring the services of Restore Now. The first was a bathroom disaster requiring a complete rebuild after water damage mitigation. The most recent a kitchen flood that destroyed our hand laid oak floor and penetrated into our garage below. Matt and his team took care of everything. Our kitchen is now beautiful again. I would like to give these guys 10-20 stars. These guys did an amazing job cleaning the air ducts and the dryer vent at my house. This was the only company (out of 10 that I called) that gave me a good quote for the work that I needed them to do. The other companies were giving me a "range" of how much it was going to cost me. They were ready to start working 2 days after I called them and did not leave my house until the work was completed. They did a thorough job and vacuumed and wiped the entire house before they left. I have never ever seen a contractor been so detailed about their work. They are honest and put passion on what they do and they do it right. Thank you Restore.
