it's a great service. just don't ask my political opinion then get upset when it doesn't agree with the drivers opinion. if you don't want to hear an opposing view, don't bring it up.

I really enjoy OATS transit but hate the wait. If I could change one thing about oats transit it would be better communication between modivcare and oats. The whole system of how they work needs re-done. That way the drivers know what to do and when not wonder what they are doing from one minute to the next.

You would just call and schedule the ride and the person that answers the phone will handle all of your questions at that time. good luck with everything
Oats can pick you up but depending on when you got depends on the cost. I would suggest calling the office to find out for sure.

For the rides that are door to door services they are 2.50 per person one way for the city bus rides those are 1.50 but they only take you to the assigned stops.
If you are riding the regular bus not the city bus then yes they can come to your door for pickup, as far as the city bus goes there isn't a stop near there for that one.
