Was treated rude and unfairly as if I a disease , the disrespect is real. I walked in needing an asthma pump bc my pump went out, I'm sitting in the pharmacy waiting to get an asthma pump, I'm coughing but covering my mouth with my inside part of my arm, opposite of elbow, one lady behind goes "You need a mask" the first time I've been ask that just bc I am coughing, so I said no I don't have covid, then she said I didn't say that but I said just making sure, I have asthma,continued to cough a few more times while waiting and a lady came out rude saying here pay for it in the front, like to quickly get rid of me. I told the manager but she looked at me surprised . Nothing more

I am a Doctor and I will say this is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with in all my years of practice. In attempting to call in a prescription for a patient in urgent need, I was placed on hold immediately, without the employee even addressing me. "Walgreens Pharmacy, please hold" is all that was said immediately upon answering. The phone system is setup such that it redials you into the pharmacy every 1-2 minutes when placed on hold and this phrase was said every time for 20 straight minutes. This is not an exaggeration, I heard that phrase from hold 10 times before I finally gave up. I will be encouraging all patients moving forward to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

😕This is the second week I've been in this store and the cashier up front is coughing and saying it's her allergies. I was coming from the pharmacy and I held my breath as I was leaving because I was scared of getting sick. I couldn't imagine how the young lady she was helping at the time felt. This upsets me very much. As I know that a lot of the elderly come in and out for their meds. My father in law is one of them. And with everything going on right now. I believe she really needs to stay home until she's better. Just my opinion. Otherwise I love this store.

The manager at this store "Melania" is extremely rude and unprofessional. She refused to take my return because according to her she cannot accept a return of an item she does not currently have in stock in her store. Even after I showed her that in the back of the receipt it clearly stated that I "can" in fact return any item at any Walgreens location for a full refund with the exclusion of online purchased items or seasonal items, which my item was not. She rudely exclaimed "Oh, I know what the back of the receipt says and I'm not gonna refund an item I dont got instock!" She did not care to even read the reciept I held in my hand. Complete disregard in offering any type of good customer service and honoring company policy. I ended up taking my item further down the street to another Walgreens, which did not have my returned item in stock either, and they happily issued me the refund no questions asked. I obviously just had a bad encounter with a lazy manager at the 2199 W Busch Walgreens 👎👎
