the pharmacist ROBERT was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s incredible how he still has employment at this location. I was very kind and had a few simple questions and those questions were met with disrespectful comments such as calling me “dense” thinking I could not hear him. This is how they speak about people when they think we can’t hear them. I have never had a problem with a pharmacy before but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Have had some tough experiences at this brutal place but after two times shorting me on pills i am blown away. It was blood pressure both times and the lady at the counter is extremely rude and most likely the tech who made the mistake both times. They go through this whole video routine and make you wait around forever. Id go to another place if ya could

I moved to CVS due to the employees at this pharmacy constantly not having my prescriptions ready when I get texts and calls saying they are ready. Also, the bald white guy pharmacist was extremely rude to me the other day. He spoke down to me as if I was a child. Very belittling tone and attitude.

Update: i have spoken with the pharmacist and appreciate how the issue was rectified. I've been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years now. I didnt believe the reviews up until today! The pharmacist was so rude! I'm dealing with Stage 3 cancer and Congestive heart failure and shouldn't have to deal with that!
