Extremely disappointing experience to date. After initial interviews from a family member who also has his father at the facility, we agreed for my mother-in-law to give it a try. The staff was friendly and promising, but follow through has been nothing short of disappointing. Delayed, if any, responses when assistance is needed, and the program to distribute medicine was untimely to the point of being dangerous. For a resident who needs their medicine at specific times throughout the day, a 2.5 hour delay is completely unacceptable. In addition, my mother-in-law recently had a fall in her room, called us to report it, and I cannot get an answer at the facility. I’ve called seven times and three of those were picked up and then hung up on. My next call is not to the facility, rather to legal counsel to figure out what the options might be. No one should want to go that route, but this place is supposed to exist to provide care for someone who cannot care for themselves and give family peace of mind that their loved ones can be safe. Neither of those things are happening.

I’ve been employed at promise pointe for a little over a month now and this is by far the best job I’ve had. My coworkers are extremely friendly and helpful. We have many fun events that involve staff and residents. Management was amazing at making me feel secure and welcome. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a good place to put a loved one

I believe this place opened a few years ago but it still looks brand new. The facility is beautiful and spacious, and SUPER clean. The staff are wonderful and they do a good job taking care of my husband's father. He has lived there for almost one year, and especially through the Pandemic I couldn't have asked for a better job well done. It is safe and most of all fun! THANK YOU Promise Pointe!!! - Lauren

This place is great for my mother. I feel very relieved that she is taken care of and that she has opportunities to make friends and partake in activities, rather than sit alone at home all day. They have a nice, clean, and big facility with lots of activities and the food is outstanding. There are always events going on and the staff do a good job.
