If you read the rebuttals from the owner/manager you'll see they have bad attitudes and that's NOT good in business, I've had the same rude interaction with them too over some parts, felt like I was in there way taking there time up, found them NOT to be open when they say, seems closed alot, NOT friendly when I visited and based on all the reviews would be very very weary of this place alot of truth in the reviews, you need to stop blaming the economy and stop being so negative and rude to YOUR customers, one happy customer tells one, a upset customer tells ten plus!.

Terrible company!!! Very unprofessional!!! We ordered a bike and then we’ll before it shipped decided we would get my wife something else instead of waiting but when I told them I needed to cancel they refused to let me saying that because it was “prepped for shipping” that it could not be canceled. How hard is it to just not ship it since it hasn’t shipped yet? Pathetic company with even more pathetic customer service!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Very bad customer service. There never open when they say they are. Lisa hung up the phone in my face as I was inquiring about razor maintenance. She razor is not her main concern. She don’t have time to even speak on razor. She is very rude and just all around bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. That’s why they have a 3 star.

No response from store when calling, leaving a message or setting an appointment through Facebook (as suggested by their answering machine). Looked inside the closed building and there were 3 bikes inside. I think this business is closed for good.
