What a waste of time! Got a call to get my car appraised, they turned the car on and off 3 times for no reason. I asked why they said to check the milage. Then he turned the wheel all the way to both sides without moving the car which is terrible for the rack and pinion. A second guy came over rested his whole body weight on my window. Then went to open the hood, when closing the hood he left the support rod unclicked. These guys are disrespectful and have little to 0 car knowledge.

I had the best experience at this dealership because of Mike and Trina! They went above and beyond any dealership ever has answering all of my questions and Trina provided the absolute best customer service! Mike was off work and still drove my new car to me all the way in Long Beach and picked up my trade-in to drive it back! They didn’t have to do any of that and they still did, amazing car dealership I highly recommend!

This dealership was superbly helpful, upfront, and stuck by their claims and statements! Salesman MIKE FLORES was extremely helpful in discussing my payment options and discussing the features of my prospective car, a Subaru Crosstrek. He even gave me the breakdown of an extremely specific feature of my car, a Variable Transmission. Once I got a solid rate on a car payment plan, and the car was officially mine, they even refilled the gas tank because it had been Test-Driven several times over the weekend. They also cleaned and spiffed it up so it was looking fantastic. They even hunted around and provided me with accessories for the car that had been separated at an earlier time. I took my car to a dealership to get it inspected. They gave me a list of modifications and "issues." Under the dealership warranty, I bought the car back and the Wholesale Investment Service Team threw it up on the lift and actually showed me that some of these "issues" were false! They did however do further adjustments like an additional tire alignment, fog light replacement and transmission housing sealing. Service Manager JEREMY HERNANDEZ was informative and was helpful and eager to have his team address EVERYTHING that I brought to their attention. While I left the car with them to fix a couple minor things, they provided me with a loaner car! It wasn't some beat-up piece of junk, but a Volvo SUV! They knew I drive around and do outdoor activities and sports and could use the extra room. When I picked my car back up, Jeremy even went on to explain some great service tips and maintenance ideas specific to my car and make. Every single thing I brought up with Wholesale Investments was handled quickly, professionally and with a smile. These guys are on point and I'd recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks again!
