This place literally makes me more sick than what I am already! I was discharged a week ago for a lie. My discharged papers "Claims" that I was rude, and that I was always either late or missing appointments, that I misused the medication prescribed to me and that I would smoke in their facility. LIKE OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I've been going to this place for a year now and everyone knows me to be very sweet, respectful and always on time as well as responsible! I do not smoke and the medication prescribed to me is NEVER misused as I am afraid of becoming addicted to it. I have NEVER had a problem with my injections or with Dr. Porter so I don't understand these results at all. I do however, have a BIG problem with Jason Fagan (his PA) he is cocky, sarcastic, rude, judgmental and unfriendly. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who is experiencing true real pain and need professional help as you will NOT find it here!

Dr. Porter is an awsome Dr. For pain management he's the best... His office is in Davenport FL.

*BEWARE*The staff and management is rude and lazy. They blame everyone one else for not taking care of required paperwork and canceled appointments over and over because they didn't have time or were unaware that authorizations are needed after being told they are needed. They act as if they are doing you a favor by seeing you when in fact patients are required to stay in business. This place needs to be shut down. They give the medical field a bad name. They are the true example of why people have so many problems and lack of trust in their doctors. The medical field (especially pain clinical) should have compassion and this place has none.

Luv this place!!! Great doctor, awesome staff & extremely clean environment!!! Been coming here from about 10 years+ they always take care of me with a great touch!!!
