The service was exemplary from the promptness of picking up our mother from our home to when we picked up her remains. Everyone was extremely kind and respectful both to us and her. The added touches were very appreciated. There was NO sells job but instead, they calmly waited for us to choose and even change our minds.

Great place especially under the circumstances! Everyone was very helpful and sincere. They took care of my mom's ashes in Feb 2021 and my dad's ashes in Jan 2022! I hope I'm done coming here for awhile! Would definitely recommend!👍

I highly recommend using Cremation Services of Mid Florida. Recently, my father in law who was a Korean War Veteran passed away. The folks here, such as Tom and Cheryl made this such an easy experience. Not only did they explain the entire process, but were also very supportive. Tom went above and beyond and was able to schedule a funeral time with a military honor guard. I cannot thank these people enough for their support through such a difficult time!!!

I was truly not prepared for today. 3 years ago the county did my husband's ashes and he was fine sand. My son was accidently shot and killed. I expected his ashes to be the same they weren't anywhere near it. I wasn't even walked thru any process except paperwork. No discussion on anything. They weren't even clear with the pricing. They ordered the wrong pendant for the father and the last thing I wanted to see was the toetags for a white male when my son was clearly black. Mr Locke was very in depth when I received the call back but stuttered stremendously over the pendant deal. As Mr Locke says most people just don't want to know and just put them on a mantle. I wanted my son to go fishing with his daddy. I'm unable to now. The extremely rude lady who answered escalated things very fast. No compassion at all and repeated several times I had a transport urn. I depended on the Mr Locke and employee to help my last time peacefully. Not be in a rush and move on like I wasn't important. I am truly sorry my son and I weren't important for you to be kind to during this time on top of this pandemic. Please be kind to the next ones ones and take a moment to care.This is my time handling anything like this..
