It is completely unprofessional company. Her owner, Jennifer Oliver is completely inefficient and plays with your money. I gave her 3 properties for rent and all she did was rent it to people who didn't pay rent and then she always asked me for more money for the lawsuits. My recommendation is that you always avoid this Company. The worst thing about detroit. Till now she owes me money.

I have lived in my home from elite real estate professional management and it has been a total nightmare. No exaggeration they have not fixed anything in the house every time I call them to fix anything they ignore me and my basement has been leaking the entire time I've been here ruined my washer and dryer and instead of fixing the problem they told me that I am responsible for replacing my brand new appliances and told me renters insurance will cover me but what's the point of making constant claims to renters insurance if they won't fix the problem now my house roof is leaking windows are terrible possible mode and I have no security on both of my doors meaning only door knobs no bolt locks and now the power is not on in half of my house I brought consumers energy to try to fix the problem because I knew they was not coming to fix it and the fuse breaker busted in my face also the entire electrical wires in the basement sparked a huge flame and and bust Sparks Sparks are leaking from the light bulbs in front of consumer energies so they had to remove the meter off my house I've been calling elite property Management for 3 days they have not returned my calls instead they put a letter on my door saying an inspection was going to happen but an inspection did not happen just a bunch of people showed up to buy the house and I open my mailbox and a notice to quit was there waiting for me so instead of fixing anything they ignored me and trying to make me leave

Yes we do manage both trailer parks and condo associations along with residential homes and apartments.

They are in Genesee and Wayne County for sure. That is where my properties are with them.
I have properties in both areas. They both have plus and minuses. I can tell you I feel they are pretty much equal to me.
It all depends on if your dues are covering the expenses and such. No set time frame. Ours hasn't been raised in 5 years.

We rented from these people. They never do repairs. We had sewage back up in our house multiple times. They took forever to fix it. Wouldn't answer repair calls on the weekends.. not a good experience!

My home is very nice and up to code.
They don't have one you have to call the office. Whether they take care of it or not is the problem.
You can get them down yourself and keep documentation and let them know what you just spent for THEIR windows in the house is going to be deducted from the rent and if they try to take you to court show the judge those receipts and keep track of when you've called them about this matter and that you informed them that since you had to pay out of pocket for windows that belongs to the house you are only renting NOT buying you were deducting from the rent.
Just long enough until you can find a better place. There’s a reason they do month to month
