I have rotting mold in my bathroom for 8 months! Definitely calling a lawyer because nothing gets done.! UPDATE....9 months nothing done. Health inspector(osha) called because of documented illness from mold inhalation.

I've been renting from them for over 4 years now and I am happy with them. They have always fixed things promptly, and every time I've had to call the office they were polite and helpful. I have no complaints, they hold up their end just fine. Also they have decent rates compared to A LOT of different places.

Front desk staff is great and Darrel is the best and go out his way to help and I've been renting through here since 2018 communication could be better and the maintenance could return calls better but for the most part this is a good relator place and they help you .

I don't know. They accepted my son and husband income ssi. Not sure why they wouldn't accept dhs. Maybe it's the property u want to rent. They are sorta strict in certain situations but they aren't evil people to rent from.
