I don't know. They accepted my son and husband income ssi. Not sure why they wouldn't accept dhs. Maybe it's the property u want to rent. They are sorta strict in certain situations but they aren't evil people to rent from.

Maybe it’s up to the owners, I personally do not accept DHS or vouchers
