At first everything was good. Then when I told them I was moving out because I bought a house mark said “why didn’t they call me I would have told them you couldn’t afford it”. After 8 year of living there the carpet seams started to separate and they never replaced it. They charged me for all kinds of stuff during their final walk through that was already missing or damaged that they already knew about and was supposed to fix but never did.

They only manage the property as long as the owner pays them to. If the actual owner allows the house to go into foreclosure they no longer have anything to do with it. There just a management company for home owners who rent. So basically they don't get paid they quit doing the work on the property as the home owner either broke the contract or didn't pay them. Best way I can explain it I guess.
I'm renting from them right now and I just moved there October of last year 2018 and they are sooo bad until I can't wait to move and they better hope I stay until October because I'm planning on moving ASAP after the weather break
