Terrible place to go. I went there 2 weeks ago for the urgent care and they said its full and they are not accepting anymore patients. It seemed like the place was empty and they they did not want to accept anyone because they dont have any doctors? I am now calling to reach my Primary care doctor to make an appointment and after waiting on the line for more than 10 times (TWICE!) they hang up the phone. This place is terrible and I would not recommend anyone go here or consider getting a primary care from here. I have been with them for 1 year and this is the only time I am trying to use them and this is the service I receive?

Worce service ever, make people wait for hours, very rude doctors and employees, disrespectful, I feel like I came to some one house without the invitation! This is urgent Hell not an Urgent care!!! They take salary and do zero job, only chat with each other in mean time customers waiting for nothing
D.
These people specifically ask for you SSN in person and over the phone for any kind of service. They state they do not accept a Benefits Identification Card.

The Pharmacy has 1 person working. The wait time is very long. I’ve been waiting for an hour after I requested to pick up. After they told me it will take 20-30 minutes...Still waiting. This is beyond unacceptable. The customer service at this pharmacy location is horrible. Update: Went to the window to inquire about prescription and she said another 15 minutes, making it an Hour and 30minutes thus far..

Oh ok. Thanks for the insight. Yes! It’s very odd.
Es mi clínica bonita y atienden muy bien.
Yes they do
All x-rays,and special needs require a referral. From the General Physician, then a wait period is experienced. To get the x-ray. Then a Technician reviews the x-ray and writes a diagnosis report that the Dr. Reviews and then you discuss the results with the Dr. All takes Time. If you need emergency go to Olive View. Or go to a Clinic, pay. And get the Dr. Request for X-rays and then go to a x-ray Facility as and pay to get the X-ray. There is a x-ray Facility at Reseda and Roscoe. Next to Northridge hospital. To find the price of a x-ray, Google the chest ray x-ray cost. And you'll get prices. Also call the place near Northridge hospital. Also if you go to Olive View , exaggerate your issue, to get the x-ray. They will check you for COVID-19 too. Don't take chances if you have chest pain or breathing problems.god bless.
I waited about 20 to 30 min had a couple people ahead of me before they called me
It opens at 8 am. But it is best to get there earlier because a line forms outside. Just before the building opens, a security guard starts passing out the numbers which are how one is called by at the start of the day. After that, you can just walk up to the window with out a number. Hope that helped a bit.
8:30pm
It is not a number they give out to the public, I think. Your best bet on getting it is by calling them. Sorry, I wish I could be of more help but, I don't know the number.
It seems that it will be open. But, not on the 1st.
