Rushed to get here on time. 10:30 is my arrival time but they won't let us in. They said they were closed so if you're going to advertise your open till 11:00 be open till 11:00 we needed a battery and you really let us down

On a Friday night I called at 10:08 and they clearly said they closed at 11 and I stated that I was going to get there soon so when i got to the store it was closed by 10:23 when they said it closes at 11 pm so I wasted my time my gas to buy things that I needed at auto zone for my car and it was closed so they should change the time to 10:20 pm closing time I know it’s Friday but don’t close before the time it shows online and don’t tell customers it closes at 11 pm when it was closed by 10:23 very dissatisfied and disappointed never going to this store again

I am a rewards member I went in for some simple fuel treatment additive. I was assisted by who I believe was a manager and he kindly shared with me that there was a discount on the actual treatment I was hoping to get that was not posted because the sale had just begun. I appreciated his help.

Excellent service. They didn't have what I needed, but could order it for two -three day delivery. It was a side vew mirror, and I could not drive without it, or wait three days. They found me a temporary replacement mirror that fit almost perfectly for $13 , and I am now safe and legal driving, and grateful.
