After visiting many other dealer in the industry, we decided on a Skyline home from Factory Expo Home Centers. In the long run, the quality of the homes is above and beyond what the other manufacturers are producing in the Ocala area. Believe me, we did our homework! Mike was our salesman and he was great! He "heard" our needs and steered us in the right direction and was very patient during our "decision making process". Knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy - I like that! Next phase we worked with Patrick and Christina. Both are AMAZING individuals who go above and beyond expectations. This was all new to us from our move from Indiana to Ocala to the building of a brand new home! While at first it was all scary and overwhelming, Christina has been an absolute angel and went far above my expectations when it comes to customer service and helping us understand the process, find appropriate contractors and anything else we needed. You simply don't get customer service like this much anymore and it is to be commended. Then there is Patrick...this man is amazing and if something needs done, he makes sure it happens. He is patient, understanding and compassionate! A great GM for this dealership for sure. The whole team is really an asset to this company. Lastly, the Skycare crew...these guys came out and assessed delivery damages (which were minimal) and within a matter of about 4 hours had our new home looking better than new! I can't rave enough on this dealership and the operations process. Patrick and Christina helped make a scary process a little less scary for us and I can't thank them enough for their diligence, patience and hard work! Simply amazing!!! We are excitedly living in our new home which was completed ahead of schedule with no supply or employment issues at all. Kudos to Factory Expo Home Centers in Ocala!!!!!!! Thank you for doing things right :)

Mike Hopkins

We are in the market for a park model for our lot in northern Georgia. Even though our location is outside the sales area for FEHC, Mike was very accommodating in showing us around and explaining the benefits of their beautiful homes. He was very helpful in directing us to where we could get information on models available in our area. We had a great experience, and learned quite a bit from Mike. Thanks Mike for spending time with us to provide education and ideas on park models!

I am very pleased with factory expo and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They have treated us so very well and we're so happy to be working with them. We weren't expecting the build until august but because we paid cash, we just got it moved up to from an August build to a June build. We are elated. We look forward to the remaining process, everything has gone so smoothly and quickly.
