Christian Lugo was my salesman. From the minute I walked in and left Christian was very straight forward and added no pressure in buying a car. I told him exactly what I wanted and that I spoke with Zach prior to coming in. Long story short test drove Honda Pilot SE and Zach honor the quote I was given over the phone and payoff my existing vehicle. During the test drive Christian was very informative in what the vehicle provided. Thank you Christian and Zach for new vehicle purchase. I changed my review to 1 star, buyers beware of Honda of Ocala. I purchased my car 2 months ago. I already been to service twice both times for cell phone wireless charger, which the second time a tech informed me that this has been a problem since 10/26/21. I purchased my car April 2022. Also car was wobbly sometimes on highway felt like tires were going to fall off. Knock on wood thus issue appears to be resolve. What passes me off if salesman knew there was a problem with cellphone charger why not bring it up. Salesman used to call and check in, til I complained about my issues and they lie to me about my car being payoff. Basically they paid the car off but left $3000 left on new purchase. That was not part of the agreement, I did ask the finance manager pertaining to payoff which he did show me but did not scroll down and show me the rest. That's on me I should of read contract fully, but I thought the days of salesman lying were over. I guess not. I also wrote to Chris Carpenter twice and no response. Buyers look through paperwork in detail, and if possible go somewhere else.

So far so good. They came up in the price they gave me for my 2015 Highlander SE to $20,000. The car runs fine and hoping the follow up will continue. It's nice to see the dealership continue to stay in touch with customer. I did receive 2 free oil changes - NICE. Waiting for light to come on to tell when oil change is due.

I have bought 3 Hondas in the last 3 1/2 years and Mike Lehman made sure each time that I got the car I wanted . I was not only his customer but was also his friend. He has always been there if I had questions or needed something done . The Service department has always done a great job of taking care of my vehicles. They are friendly and extremely efficient and get it done right the first time.

Alex Bowers was so very helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely pleasant and personable. He was able to show me multiple models that I was interested in and helped me to narrow down my choices. He knew all the different safety features and was able to help me demonstrate them on my test drive. Great dealership to work with. Highly recommend.

They are good but in the end you pay way more for payments then they tell you for example we was told we would be making payments of 450 a month but we are paying almost 650 a month
