Stopped by here for some dog treats yesterday and had an enjoyable visit. I’ve driven by here many times but never really noticed it before and am always happy to support independent small local businesses! The people were friendly and also respected my dog’s space, which I really appreciated since she can be a bit skittish & reactive at times. She was quickly won over with some turkey treats. The person working the counter had his small dog with him and proactively put his dog behind the gate when it became clear they were getting a bit stressed from each other. Got lots of samples for both my dog and my friend’s cat. I really like that they are so generous with giving out samples of treats and food, so I can try before committing to a 28-35 pound bag of dog food. They have a fridge/freezer section in the back full of raw food & bones (and possibly kefir). I got a raw beef bone, goat jerky recommended by the sales person, and sooo many samples. They focus pretty exclusively on food & treats, aside from a few small cat toys and a small section of Earthbath shampoo & pet wipes and possibly a few other things. The Dog Store, which is more in the heart of Del Rey, is a better bet for a more comprehensive selection like toys and training equipment, etc. That said, I loved that I was the only person in the store and both the sales person and his mom were super friendly and also big dog lovers. I definitely recommend Nature’s Nibbles if you’re near Del Rey and need food or treats for your dog and/or cat!

I came here many years ago when I lived in the area. The staff was very friendly and informative about natural dog food and treats. Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I often think about how awesome this place was. Haven't been able to find another place like it to get natural foods for my dog.

My husband and I stopped by yesterday looking for a more natural food for our fur baby. We had a bit of questions for the gentlemen working but he didn’t know every answer. He then told us he would get the owner on the phone to answer any more questions that we had. We talked to Chris for about 20 minutes and we now know so much more about dog food than we did before. Our fur baby loves the new canned food that we brought home. Thank you, Nature’s Nibbles and your great staff/owner!
