Bad experience, unfair treatment. I tried to pay with 2 different credit cards outside to avoid having to go inside. Machine said "See Cashier". So I cover my entire face up with my sweatshirt which is made out of fabric and proceed to go inside to pay with my 9 year old daughter. Both cashiers wearing bandanas (fabric) over their face yell at me to put a mask on. I told them my entire face is covered up the exact same way theirs is. They demanded me to put on a mask while they're not wearing proper "masks" and a scene is made in front of other customers as well. Singled out, thats some rotten double standard garbage. I'll never go here again.

The employees at this station must not know there is a Covid pandemic going on.... was in the restroom with two employees that took their masks off as soon as they entered..... watched 'em come out and they had their masks over their chins but not the nose.....the manager needs to clean up their act. Ain't going back....

Paid for premium car wash, used code, wash stopped with soap all over my car and no attempt to spray it. Went inside and employees said it was closed. They made it seem like it's my fault. They "turned it back on" and gave me a code for a wash, which was the cheapest car wash, not the premium for which I paid. They were so unaccomdatting I didn't even bother going back to let them know they gave me the wrong wash. Fwiw, the gas is good and USUALLY the folks at the counter are friendly.

Two starts for generally polite employees. Low rating because this gas station is very confusing. This is one of the only self serve stations in OR and not a single sign is posted. 90% of customers are asking where the assist ance is. Employees are unable to assist at the pump and because of the slow reaction time my got my gas card declined. Had to get approval from my employer to use the credit card.
