My husband asked me to go on here and write a 5 star review because he was so impressed with the quick polite and efficient manor in which they did business today! This price was awesome too! He's not easily impressed and it was a stressful day, so big kudos to the employees here! Job well done in days where most businesses are struggling with finding good help. You guys nailed it🙂

Flew in from NJ to help out my 89 y/o parents. Rented a power washer and a hydro scrubber which hooks up to the power washer. I get to my parents house and there is an adapter missing making the hydro scrubber unusable. Called the office and asked them politely if they could bring the adapter to me since I had no transportation back there until the next day, and since it was THEIR mistake. They [unpolitely] refused and I did not have a ride back there to pick up the missing part. When I returned the equipment the next day, they wanted to charge me for the item that was unusable, due to the missing part. The young man behind the counter actually laughed when I asked for a refund. (No kidding, I wish I could have filmed it). While arguing about this, the owner comes out and says “If you would shut up for a minute, we’ll explain”. I could NOT believe my ears. I have never encountered such a rude business in my entire life. Avoid this place like the plague. I will see them in court.

Great rental yard. Good knowledgable help. Good equipment in top shape. One caveat, I think the concrete mixing person should use the appropriate amount of water specified for a 5 sack mix.(6 qts per 90 lb bag?) He added water by hose and the mix was very dry, especially at the end. The fiber re-enforcing makes for rock solid concrete.

We have rented several pieces of equipment from this place recently. Needed a saw last week while they repaired ours. The yard guys are also mechanics and know their stuff. Never had issues with the equipment or the people. Good folks. From what I can tell on here the only negative reviews are about the old owners or from whiners who don't know anything about equipment. Best place to rent from period.
