have been dealing with Nick Nicholas ford on and off for several years now. overall , have purchased a few cars from their very knowledgable sales representative Joey. used the servic department ,and very happy dealing with Richie who is an excellent representative for the dealership.very polite courteous ,tells me what the service will entail or calls me with the information if he has to check further. gets back to me as soon as the work is completed. I have used their collision shop for minor work, and was very pleased with the excellent job . Patrick was very helpful, courteous, and had my job done exactly when promised. had only one issue when I first started dealing with this dealership ,but the owner cleared up the issue immediately when I addressed the problem overall,I would definitely recommend Nick Nicholas Ford dealership a family owned business in Inverness .
