Absolute nightmare. The estimate wasn't even close to the actual cost. They worked less than half of the estimated hours, and the work showed it. They didn't even perform two of the services that were quoted/estimated. Yet I somehow paid 79% of the estimated cost, when they did 50% of the estimated work. Slow to respond to billing inquiries. Changed my balance due 3 times (reduced each time because I kept asking for more detail). Avoid this franchise at all costs. If you must hire them, take pictures and keep track of how many people are working and for how long.
