Friendly but overworked and underpaid. U-Haul is a horrible company. Avoid at all costs!! Use another service if you can. They leave the storefront employees with no answers for customers and out to dry.

I second with the lady above says about the propane. Due to her review I went to the one outside the beltline, and they didn't have anyone qualified to fill the tanks there. There was a customer loading up a tank ahead of me. He explained that he had already been to the one downtown and reported there was a leak in their system. He also reported there was no one qualified to fill a tank at the outside beltline location. Complete fail.Weak sauce.

Worst treatment ever, paid 30 days in advance, they switch locations and then still don't have a truck and it is MY fault, no trucks but plenty of excuses

I came in with four propane tanks. The guy behind the counter said he doesn’t refill propane tanks in the rain. Asked why not.... He say, “safety, due to static friction.” The only believable explanation is laziness. If you’re looking for a good customer service experience, you should avoid the store.
