The Mitigation team were at our home the day after I placed a call to them, and they worked tirelessly to remove wet insulation under the house caused by a catastrophic burst pipe. Their efforts continued inside the house where moisture caused damage to part of the kitchen floor. Each crew involved in the process was courteous, efficient, and always willing to explain what they were doing. Project Manager Michael worked closely with us throughout the process of completing all the necessary repairs. He displayed extraordinary determination and patience with our insurance company when the assigned claims adjuster did not respond to PRS or to us.
