Hawthorne Groves had been a great place to live. I'm kind of upset that some people would complain about the garbage on weekends, when in reality it's not management but the people who just go and dump everything outside of the dumpster and not press the button. Put the blame where it belongs. Management by far has been the greatest. Kathy and Jody have always been very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Our maintenance personnel had always been great. Yes, they've been sort handed but when they do the job, they do it. Kudos to Jeffrey who has always been courteous and respectful and gets the job done. I hope to stay here for quite a while as long as this management doesn't change. Your management team is the backbone of this development.

Good evening, wondering how long does it take to repair the only pool in Hawthorne Groves Home apartment. I have been living here in Hawthorne Groves for three years and going on my fourth. I consider myself to be a good resident. I have always managed to pay my rent on the time frame that was giving in our lease. I truly love my apartment and the lush beautiful trees and landscapes. But is frustrating during the summer how the pool is always in poor maintenance. It’s always in none working conditions. I know this because I live here for three years going on fourth. You have to understand that the pool is mostly used in the summer and that is when most families like myself would enjoy it the most. It sadness me because I love it here so much that I always recommend friends and families. I understand repair need to be done but it would be really nice to know that what ever the issue with the pool would take priority. After all it is the only pool you have. Summer it’s important with my family please maintain you Pool available for you residents we are doing our part to follow your lease so you need to do what you sold me when I made the choice to rent here. It would be nice to receive a notification when the pool it’s closed. Kindly Melanie your concerned resident.

Since day 1 living here I have had to see how my front door is the dumping ground for all sort of trash; beds, chairs, mattresses, and even the old carpets that are replaced when someone moves out. Management does not do anything about this. Every week I find piles of junk. I have sent them e-mails and their response its always the same: “thanks for letting us know”… same thing goes for the trash compactor, always nasty. I feel ashamed of bringing company to my house for this. Just look at the pictures. Do yourself a favor and look for a better place to live.

We have live at Hawthorne Groves for five years and we love it here. The community is great! The maintenance crew is awesome and very professional! I recommend this complex.
