I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I've worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work. So, treat your baristas (especially ones as great as Park Ridge Dunkin's!) with patience and kindness! Much love to this Dunkin crew <3

Love the convenience and quality of the food. Having ice cream, ice cream cake, and doughnuts at your finger tips is a huge bonus. Only disappointment is the fact this location used to be 24 hours and now close at 10pm.

I stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Park Ridge tonight, Oct 21, 2021. I was the only customer. There were two employees behind the counter. Neither acknowledged my presence for over 4 minutes. A simple “hello” would have been welcome. One continued to sweep and the other was less than 3 feet away from me. Neither bothered to acknowledge that there was a customer. This is the second time this has happened and will be my last visit to Dunkin Donuts. I realize losing one customer is meaningless but I can’t help but wonder how many others have been completely ignored? A simple nod or hello was all that was required.
