WORST MEAL OF MY LIFE. As soon as we walked in, the host and entire staff looked unhappy, unfriendly, and had bad attitudes. Host was a rude man who was very dismissive of customers and their seating requests. No smiles. No customer service whatsoever. Once we were seated at the booth, we waited about half an hour before a server came to take our order. Servers were all over the place catering to different tables. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my boyfriend ordered whole wheat pancakes. We waited for another half hour... we asked our server(s) to check on our meal. They seemed confused. It was obvious they forgot to put the orders in... once our food arrived, the REAL disappointment kicks in. HOW DO YOU MESS UP CHICKEN TENDERS?! My chicken looked fake and rubbery. The presentation was AWFUL. Just downright ugly... my high school cafeteria made better meals than this. I didn't eat the chicken, just the waffle because I was starving. My boyfriend's pancakes were so thin. Seriously... Terrible. I wouldn't feed any of the food here to stray animals. Never again.

Rude and unprofessional! We showed up to have dinner an hour before closing as there was nothing else around open. To our surprise we were Rushed out as soon as we walked in period as weight staff and management stared at us the whole time as we were trying to eat. 20 minutes prior to closing they shut lights and music off as to say get-up-and-get out. Even went as far as to ask us if we wanted to go continue containers for our food just as the food arrived. Never have I ever experienced such uncomfortable Situation. Very unprofessional!

I was just there first time, worth the trip. The portions are very large. mixed vegetable were real not from a can, zucchini, carrots, broccoli. Freshly grilled, they were softer than usual restaurant fare as I like them. French onion soup was really good. plenty of gravy for the mashed potatoes. Meat loaf was good but different from what I have eaten. Service was very good Price for the whole dinner and a diet Pepsi was $21. All and all I highly recommend the Diner

I hadn't been here is many years. The food and service were good and the prices were very reasonable, but the place needs a facelift. The booths were showing their age and the home-made partitions they had put up between booths for Covid detracted from the look of the diner. I know times are tough for restaurants but presentation is important.
