Mark and staff are very nice and professional. Talking to them was like talking to a family member. He fought very hard for me. He is a man you want on your side. He's a man of no nonsense and he is relentless. So proud to have him as my lawyer. I highly recommend Mark Wright. God bless you and your staff again thank you so much. You and yours will forever be in my prayers.

What can I say but amazing!!!! He took over my case and we had it settled in a short amount of time. He truly is a very great attorney. I will recommend him to everybody and you should too.

I have known Mark Wright for many years, and as a fellow attorney, I have referred accident victims to him in the past. So when I recently became the victim (as a pedestrian ) after I was hit by a car and needed legal representation it was natural to reach out to Mark. It was only after becoming a client myself and seeing him navigate through the process that I fully was able to appreciate how excellent he really was. My case is now resolved and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process I deferred to his advice and counsel, without any regret. I would unequivocably and without hesitation recommend him to anyone with an injury claim

Mark worked with me on a challenging 4 year long case. He was patient when I wanted to be patient, and when I wanted to push, he pushed..... Hard! After seeing him in action in our early stages, I knew I was in good hands. Even better, I could tell that the opposition knew I was in good hands too! In the end, that proved to be true as we walked away with essentially the maximum possible. I hope to never have to see him again (for business), but if I ever need an attorney like this again, I'm definitely calling Mark.

The value of a personal injury case depends on a variety of factors, including the extent of the harm caused, the costs generated as a result, and the conduct of the defendant. Your first line of recovery is your actual, economic harm: medical bills, lost wages, etc. For a severe injury, you may also be able to collect pain and suffering and other psychological damages. If the defendant was especially reckless, such as if they were driving drunk, you might be able to seek punitive damages. Depending on the extent of your injuries and the conduct of the defendant, you may be able to recover anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands.

Personal injury attorneys typically work on a contingency fee basis. That means that they will be paid a percentage of your ultimate recovery, and if you do not win any damages, you do not pay your attorney anything. You should discuss your attorney’s compensation in your initial consultation.
