I went to America's Best at University Plaza hoping to get my glasses frame repaired. I'm disabled and use a power chair for mobility. Unfortunately, I fell asleep in my chair and my glasses fell off. When I woke up, my power chair had run over the glasses and severely bent the bows and frame. I didn't know if they could be fixed or how much it would cost (since I had not purchased the glasses from this store). To my surprise the glasses technician was extremely kind and fixed the frames even better than new. Not only that but she did the repair at no charge. This kind of public service deserves my future business. The next time I need new glasses, I will go to America's Best at University Plaza. I can strongly recommend them for their willingness to help a disabled person for free during these COVID- related inflationary times. Everything seems to be more expensive nowadays. So a store willing to help for free gets my highest recommendation.

Incompetence and waste of time. Booked at appointment for 3/17 @ 5:30pm arrived and was told my appointment is not found, she says she sees that i called but the appointment was not set. Asked to see if they could see me today since i took off work early to be there they said no but did not offer an apology or offer another time and date to reschedule just an awkward silence. This place looks real ghetto too so i am kind of glad i did not give them my business.
