AVOID this company and all of their locations. They lied me trying not to schedule a recheck for contacts. Also with the glasses I have a distortion view. And they said “it’s a matter of time while you get used to…”. That’s being made to prevent recheks. And more over they charge you completely upfront and when you try to correct issues with the vision they stick to their “Non-Refundanle” policy. In my case they gave me EXPIRED contact lenses. I don’t know how the State of Florida license a business like this. AVOID this place. DO NOT TRUST your eyes to this company.

My wife went in on getting her glasses has insurance but they claim that it would be cheaper if she paid for them and didn't use the insurance. Which tells me they are jacking up prices and telling people that it cheaper if you pay. This my opinion. But I am reporting them. To my insurance company and consumer services. The lake city store. Today when you on social security and almost charge 500.00.

I always bring my triplets here and always receive great service by the staff and doctor, recently my son broke his glasses and the girls went above and beyond to help me , she fixed my glasses temporary then helped me pick another pair for my son and had it ready the next day, I would really recommend this optical outlets location to anyone in need of glasses, specially if you have kids! Keep up the good work

Miss jaylene was absolutely RUDE and HAS NO COMMUNICATION skills. Did not greet me or my son, but she talks over you to prove a point. I do not recommend this location. Poor service and unclean. The optometrist is amazing!!! The minimum wage desk receptionist is a complete b*t&%!!! With a horrible nail job. Never bringing my son here for a PAID INSURANCE EXAM AGAIN!!! Goodluck honey ;)

Taking your child for a comprehensive eye exam at an early age and maintaining the recommended eye care schedule as they grow is the best way to ensure your child's vision develops correctly. Visual skills support optimal learning and full participation in school and all other activities. Our pediatric eye care services include child-friendly and age-appropriate exams to check visual acuity, eye tracking, focusing skills, and problems such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, lazy eye (amblyopia), crossed eyes, dyslexia, color blindness, disease, or medical conditions. Depending upon our findings, we’ll discuss what’s right for your child and prescribe eyeglasses, vision therapy, or additional procedures as needed.
If you are interested in wearing contact lenses or you are due to have your current pair of contacts checked, a specialized evaluation to measure and assess your eyes is required. Different measurements are needed for contact lenses because, unlike an eyeglass lens, which gets positioned approximately 12mm away from your eye, a contact lens sits directly on the surface of your eye. Depending upon your vision requirements and lifestyle, we’ll guide you in choosing the most suitable and effective contact lenses to address all your needs.
A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
I would like to go to send myself to make mirages to see up close that serve me day and night
