As usual, the experience today in 1544 North Dale Mabry Hwy optical store was great, both services were the best, Dr. Ocasio was very meticulous and professional, and Miss Melannie was wonderful, she has a lot of patience and explained to my son and me all the details and the difference between the products that your optical offers, I love to go to your store, it's always a pleasure, Thank you so much!

Dr. Macey and her staff exhibited nothing but professionalism mixed with a friendly and approachable vibe. Everything took less than 30 minutes and everyone was very efficient. Dr. Macey was also kind enough to remove an ingrown hair at a cost of an air high five. I think I found our new favorite Tampa optometrist :) She should open up her own practice.

Melannie and Jennifer were so incredibly helpful to me today and I cannot be more appreciative. I snapped my glasses last night and my back up pair were missing their nose pads and were super uncomfortable. I called in a bit of a panic because I’m leaving town on Saturday and wasn’t sure how soon they could see me, they had me come right in! They couldn’t fix my snapped pair but they put new nose pads on my backup pair and cleaned them for me, they feel like new! Jennifer was thoughtful enough to schedule me for a follow up with the doctor to consider contacts as an additional back up. WALMART COULD NEVER!! Thanks ladies 🎉
