This morning while I was at work. My water line near my meter broke. After I was able to call the emergency number. They dispatched tech Jeremy J. to shut down my water leak. Thank you again Jeremy for responding reasonably quick and doing all that you were able to do. You saved our day.

Hi,today is Thursday July 21st,2022 and I received a call from a rep.named Jessica stating that my water bill will be corrected due a water reading mistake from an employee, that bill came for over $300 .for one month. When I told her my concerns about the past bills who also were higher and she started to talking smart giving me hard time without any respect ,who I’m a senior citizen. At any moment she didn’t show any professionalism and she didn’t want to listen, she kept up talking with non stop, pretty much she was judge and jury.At some point,I told her that I will go in person to place a complaint about her conduct and behavior and that she was fresh and candid. she reply like”there is not a physically building office to place a complaint”….

In the city , trash, yard waste, recycling, water & sewer are all conducted by the city water dept. If you are in the county it is the county who will bill you for these services

You can always log on to the city website, or water site to see a list of "observed holidays" It can be confusing because the Post office /federal govt. tends to observe "holidays" that local govt.. ( mayors office, city govt, water ect. ) do not observe
