Priority 1 Urgent Care

I went to this urgent care this afternoon because I cut my hand pretty significantly and wanted to get it looked at to see if I needed stitches. During the check in process I provided my drivers license and insurance card as requested and began filling out the forms the receptionist requested. The last form was a credit card authorization form to keep my credit card on file. When I told the receptionist “No, I’m not providing my credit card information.” He stopped what he was doing, tossed my license and insurance card on the counter in front of me and said “OK”. I stated that “I pay my bills, and have no issue paying a co-pay for any services rendered”, the receptionist quickly and simply said “Have a good afternoon”. First of all I felt the receptionists’ behavior was highly unprofessional and impolite. Secondly, I’m sorry if the establishment isn’t being paid properly by the patients or the insurance companies but asking a customer to provide their credit card information so they can “keep it on file” is absurd in my opinion and furthermore, to refuse treatment when I refused is unbelievable. UPDATED AFTER RESPONSE: By the looks of your reviews on this very subject, I highly doubt your self proclaimed "5 Star Relationship", nor have I ever been charged "incidentals" from a hotel after I checked out. I simply know I will never walk in your doors again, nor could I recommend you to anyone else, especially after the manner in which I was treated, despite what you say showed on your security system.

Great practice. Nice warm office interior. Clean and immaculate. Never an unexpectedly long wait. The nurses and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone there sick, after a car accident and for what I incorrectly thought was an ear infection. The doctors are patient and kind. Not to mention their ease and efficiency helped our community get through covid. They got my son back to school quickly when bad allergies required he test negative to return. They did the same for me twice well before otc tests were available so I could return for work. I can’t recommend them enough.

Had a great experience here. The nurses were very pleasant and polite! Dr.Halpart was so kind and took his time rather than rush like a lot of other doctors tend to do. I had cold and sinus symptoms with multiple negative Covid tests. Instead of just jumping to the “it’s probably covid” conclusion they ran a flu test and gave me medicine to help with my symptoms, as well as a detailed plan for medicines if my symptoms continued or worsened. I appreciated the time and detail that went into the visit and would 100% recommend this facility.

I cannot say enough positive comments about this urgent care! Throughout my time there I was treated with kindness and professionalism by All of the team. Dr Halpert is an excellent physician and provided a very thorough evaluation and a comprehensive care plan. His nurse that followed was also exceptional and so friendly. I would recommend Priority Urgent Care to everyone
